We will be volunteering in the hours leading up to the Hamvention on Friday, Saturday and potentially Sunday. Our tasks include directing the vendors on where to park once they arrive.
Bring an HT for us to communicate with each other during volunteer hours. We have not found HTs to be ineffective while at the Hamvention. (too much traffic and ambient noise is too loud.)

Food
All plans are a suggestion. You are welcome to do anything you please. We have found in previous years that it is easier to eat out rather than pack kitchen wares and cook food. There are nice local restaurants and even a pizza place that delivers to the campground. Lunches are typically eaten at Hamvention. Breakfast may be as simple as granola bars or fast food on the way into our shift.
Thursday:

Equipment
Bring anything you wish. We will be happy to show n’ tell and set up different equipment. Our goal of the weekend is a Parks on the Air KILO award for N9BCN. We will be passing around the mic, so all can get credit for the park activation.
